If you are looking for a quiet spot where you can unwind, you'll find it here at Adelaide River Show Society Caravan Park. We offer green grassy sites, shady trees & some undercover sites. You can relax in our shaded pool surrounded by palm trees.  There is also a wading pool for the toddlers.

Clean amenities, lots of room!

Our amenities are clean and the laundry is equipped with clean washing machines & dryer, we have also provided an ironing board for your convenience along with a book exchange. There are two BBQ's and a kitchen area, which has a fridge for tent/backpacker use. We have good television, mobile phone & internet coverage.

There is plenty of room for big rigs & drive through sites. We offer both powered & unpowered sites. Pets are most welcome, however we ask that they be kept on a leash in the park area.  We have areas where your pets can run free under your supervision. Our race track is 2 km around for those who like to exercise, and we are within walking distance to town.

Adelaide River offers 20 tourist sites on our WW11 Heritage Trail, included in these is our WW11  Cemetery which is a highly recommended visit. You can collect your walk/drive tour guide from the Caretakers or in the laundry.

We are a good affordable base for pet owners who wish to visit nearby Litchfield National Park. There is a Health Clinic in town, Post Office & General Store & Service Stations.  Darwin is about an hour's drive from here. ARSS (Adelaide River Show Society) also operate a bar, in the grounds, open from 4 p.m. Wednesday through to Sunday, meals served on Thursday and Saturday nights.  So why not join us and meet the friendly locals, you might even win in our numbers draw! Come for a day or stay a week or as long as you wish, we'd love to have you.  The caravan park operates all year round and has affordable prices.

Caretakers are on site for those who are travelling late.
